CAMP IHC DJ DIRECTOR
We are looking for an inspiring, greatly skilled, organized, and enthusiastic DJ/Educator to work with campers (ages 8-15) at CAMP IHC. Seeking a candidate that is well versed in DJ software/stations and has solid experience facilitating music classes for groups of kids.
In this position as DJ Director, you will be responsible for the continuation and further development of the CAMP IHC DJ program. A typical day would have you facilitating 5-6 classes of 3-15 campers in each class.
Additionally, there will be opportunities throughout the summer for you to perform LIVE SETS at various locations and times throughout the summer. One of our goals this summer is to have several campers jump in with their own short CAMPER MINI SETS!
The DJ Room is equipped with Traktor and Serato. Experience with these platforms is required.
Applicants must be flexible, positive-minded, and able to help cultivate a fun, educational, and inspired CAMP community.
Please know this is not an Artist-In-Residence position. Your focus will be on the facilitation of DJ Activities.
Additionally, you will likely need to use non-teaching time for session/class prep.
