OPERATIONS MANAGER

When describing Raphael Rivera, one can not overlook his creativity and dedication to his work. Since his youth, Raphael has always surrounded himself with the Arts.

The Queens, New York native discovered his interest for the sonic arts during his early high school years. It was then when he first began developing his audio-engineering skills by recording his peers at an after school program in his neighborhood.

After getting tons of practice and receiving formal training on industry standard Digital Audio Workstations, Raphael went on to take over Music Ascension’s first studio program at Project Morry, where he facilitated our Songwriting & Music Recording program for several years.

While Raphael had much success running the studio program, he knew that he wanted to contribute more to our organization. He eventually grew into an operational role with us that focuses more on logistics and coordinating a lot of the behind the scenes projects.
