Mannuel Santiago is an exceptionally fluid, engaging, and authentic Singer/Songwriter and Music Educator born in Popayan, Colombia who has performed professionally since the age of 11.
Currently living in the Antioquia region of Colombia, Mannuel performs regularly in Colombia's "second city" Medellin as well as throughout the mountain town of Santa Elena. Mannuel is a multi-instrumentalist whose primary instrument is a nylon string acoustic/electric classical guitar.
Mannuel’s songs express the sounds of everyday life and are filled with spontaneous and versatile melodies that make the body move.
His music is his essence… reflecting Mannuel’s strong need to express lyrics and harmonies that intertwine utopian dreamlike stories with LOVE always remaining at the core of his sonic landscapes.
While Mannuel's rhythmic sensibility is deep, wide ranging, and steeped in Latin American & Caribbean traditions, his sound has a strong infusion of U.S. production to help spread the positive tropical vibes of his music throughout the world.
