FURTHER YOUR CRAFT
Our Pre-Apprenticeship Program is designed for artists who are at least 18 years old and is the pre-cursor to our one-on-one Apprenticeship Programs which will become available in late 2020 and early 2021.
We welcome you to take this opportunity to further develop and express your own authentic and artistic self. Not only will you be able to create alongside other artists who are passionate about music and music technology, your cohort will be guided by one of our highly talented Teaching Artists who is a professional musician and music producer. Our award winning collaborative songwriting process has helped thousands of young people to encourage and support one another as they each individually strive to develop and put forward their best creative self.
In the Pre-Apprenticeship Program you will work with 3 other musicians/producers/songwriters and one of our Teaching Artists to write, record, and produce an original song. In addition to exploring songwriting concepts, we will be exploring and utilizing a combination of several music production software programs including Soundtrap, Pro Tools, Logic and/or Ableton.
Not only will you increase the number of tools you have in your creative and production toolbox, more importantly, you will have a greater ability to further explore and employ the tools developed within you.
